This information covers the purchase of caravans, motorhomes, campervans, parts & spares and other purchases from SFM Caravans Ltd made in person, over the phone and online.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in £s sterling and include VAT at the current rate. The prices and terms and conditions set out are correct at time of going to print. Although we aim to keep prices up to date, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation, currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.


All products are the property of SFM Caravans LTD until full payment is received. We accept all major cards, cash and bank transfer. All products are subject to availability, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity after your order is placed if any issues occur. We reserve the right to cancel any orders and will refund any costs associated to any orders that we may cancel.


All items are supplied with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise specified, electrical items are none refundable. Caravans must be returned to base for warranty work. All warranty will be void if any alteration or repair is carried out without our approval. Fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or use other than as recommended is also not covered under the agreed warranty. 

Our Guarantee covers parts only.It does not cover any labour charges or from any fault arising from the fitting of this part.We will refund the price of the part in full but will not pay for any fitting charges. It is your responsibility to check that any part(s) supplied is correct prior to fitting.


Upon receipt of goods, ALL items should be checked before signing for; or signed for as damaged if this is not possible. If any damage is found, it should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods for a claim to be processed. Claims are not accepted if we are not notified within this period. We cannot accept liability in the event of a late delivery, or any other form of consequential loss.


Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less any postage and packaging costs where applicable. For postal orders, the goods must be returned at the customers’ expense. All items must be returned via a tracked service. Once the item has been returned to us we will perform a quality control check and refund you within 14 days upon the item passing the check. .


SFM Caravans Ltd collects information about its customers that is necessary to process payments, make delivery of customer orders and provide a high standard of customer support. Occasionally we may contact our customers with special offers or to find out how we can enhance our service. We will not provide details of our customers to any other organisation, except to comply with statutory or legal obligations.
